I had to stop, take it all in; the smells, the sights, the sounds, anticipating the tastes would soon follow, reveling in the moment. Sounds like a night the big city? Paris, New York, maybe London? No, it was just an sSk - a small Swiss kitchen, in Basel, Switzerland. Nine of us gathered along with quite a bit of flour, some yeast, salt and water and with that, created abundance. Abundance of bread, of conversation, of laughter. Here's a peek.

How fabulous! I'm def. printing the recipes! I've always been too intimidated to try and make bread... but now I'm inspired!
