CCA presents Rising to the Occasion

We are so lucky to have amazing breads available to us here in Switzerland. And yet, there is something special about making it yourself. Whether to give as a lovely host/hostess gift or just to savor the smell in your own kitchen and enjoy, come and see how easy it is to make lovely European style loaves, tortillas, pitas, and more. We will focus on savory breads, the quick ones to make in an hour or so, and others that require a bit of time to rise, but not much else. To join the fun, email us at expatkochen@gmail.com.

I went along to this event and learnt how easy it can be to make bread without a machine to help! We made 4 different types of bread and there were others to taste as well. I made my first bread this weekend and my husband was very impressed!
